In 2013, Payne Construction Services started off as a small owner operated saw cutting company. Today, it has grown to a well known, trusted company with a skilled team to handle any concrete cutting needs.
Slab Sawing
We specialize in precision slab sawing for concrete pavement, commercial slabs, and bridge decks. Whether it’s roadway repair, factory floors, or structural bridge cuts, our crews deliver clean, controlled cuts with minimal disruption.
Wall Sawing
Our state-of-the-art wall saws make precise, vibration-free cuts in vertical and horizontal concrete; ideal for windows, doors, and structural openings.
Coring Drilling
Whether it's new work or existing work, core drilling needs come in a variety of needs and sizes. Our team is set up to drill from 1" to 36" holes using our electric or hydraulic core drill rigs.
Demolition
From sawcut concrete removal to controlled demolition, we efficiently break out and haul away materials.
Plumbing and Electrical Trenches
We cut, remove, excavate and pour back concrete for plumbing and electrical trench work. Our team partners closely with contractors to deliver a complete, turn-key service, ensuring trenches are cut to spec, debris is hauled off, and concrete is returned to original condition or better.
Concrete Pourback
We install reinforced equipment pads, building slabs and pourbacks for MEP trenches. All work is performed in house, allowing less coordination, less contracts, and one point of contact.
